Momentum Breakout

Coins: BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE

Entry method

Identify a consolidation range (at least 8 candles within a tight range). Enter long on a breakout above the range high with: (1) Volume > 2x 20-period average, (2) Candle body > 60% of range, (3) RSI(14) above 60 but below 80

Position management

Expect fast move after breakout. If price stalls within 3 candles of entry, close at market (likely false breakout). After +1R, move SL to breakeven immediately. Hold for full target unless momentum stalls (3 consecutive doji candles).
