Terms of service

Read these Terms carefully. Crypto and leveraged trading can lose all of your money and more. Central Command is non-custodial software that gives no advice, accepts no liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, refunds nothing, and resolves disputes only by individual arbitration in Hong Kong.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Central Command ("Central Command", "we", "us" or "our"). They cover the website centralcommand.io, its apps, the trading terminal, Sqrl AI, agents, vaults, social features, APIs (including the MCP and x402 endpoints) and every other product or service we offer (together, the "Platform").

By opening an account, clicking to accept, connecting an exchange account, or using any part of the Platform, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any rules we publish for a specific feature (for example contests, vaults or creator subscriptions), which form part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

2. Who may use Central Command

You may use the Platform only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

  • Using the Platform, crypto assets, derivatives and your chosen exchange is lawful where you are. Checking this is entirely your responsibility.

  • The information you give us is true, and you keep it up to date.

We may refuse, limit or end access for any person, place or account at any time, for any reason or no reason. One person may hold one account unless we allow otherwise in writing.

3. What Central Command is, and is not

Central Command is software and information. It is non-custodial: we never hold, receive or control your money or crypto assets. Trades happen on third-party exchanges (such as BloFin or Bitunix), in your own account, using API keys or authorisations that you create and control.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fund, bank, money transmitter or fiduciary, and no such relationship is created by your use of the Platform. We are not licensed or regulated as any of those. You alone decide whether to trade, what to trade, how much, and when.

4. No financial advice

Everything on the Platform is for information and education only. That includes market data, signals, analysis, alerts, indicators, scripts, strategies and templates, backtests, paper and demo results, agent decisions, Sqrl AI answers, vault descriptions and records, leaderboards, statistics, creator and KOL content, social posts and anything else we or other users publish.

None of it is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Past performance, backtests and simulated results do not predict future results; simulated results have inherent limits, including the benefit of hindsight. Speak to a licensed professional before risking money.

5. Risk

Crypto assets and derivatives are extremely risky. Prices can move suddenly and violently. With leverage you can lose your entire deposit and, in some cases, more. Positions can be liquidated, orders can fill at worse prices than expected or not at all, funding and fees reduce returns, exchanges can halt, fail, be hacked or become insolvent, stablecoins can lose their peg, and laws can change in ways that affect what you hold.

You accept all of these risks and every other risk of trading. Only trade money you can afford to lose completely. If you think you may have a gambling problem, stop and seek help.

6. AI, agents and automation

Sqrl AI, agents and other automated features use machine learning models, including models run by third parties. Their outputs can be incomplete, out of date, inconsistent or invented. They can misread your instructions, use the wrong data, act late, act more than once, or not act at all.

  • An agent, signal bot, Auto Trade, vault copy or any other automated feature that you switch on can place, change and close orders on your exchange account within the settings and permissions you give it. Every such order is your order.

  • You are solely responsible for choosing, configuring, testing, monitoring and stopping automated features, for the permissions on your API keys, and for checking every action before and after it happens.

  • A confirmation step, a paper or demo mode, a backtest or a risk setting is a convenience, not a guarantee. Paper, demo and backtest results differ from live trading.

  • We may change models, prompts, data sources, schedules, limits and behaviour, or pause or remove any automated feature, at any time and without notice.

7. Vaults, copying and creator content

Joining a vault, following a strategy or copying another account means trades are reproduced on your own exchange account, sized by the rules shown for that feature. Your funds stay on your exchange account. Copying can fail, be partial, be delayed, be sized differently, or produce results different from the source, and you can stop at any time. Any record, return or statistic shown for a vault or strategy is information only and may be simulated, partial or wrong.

Creator vaults, strategies, scripts, posts, paid subscriptions and other creator content are made by users, not by us. Creators are not our employees, agents or advisers, and we do not check their claims, records or qualifications. Any purchase from a creator is between you and that creator and is final. We may remove any vault, creator, strategy or content at any time.

Central Command, its operators, its affiliates and products it runs (including vaults) may hold positions that are the same as, or opposite to, positions held by you or by other users, and may use aggregated trading activity on the Platform as an input. You agree that this is not a conflict we must avoid or disclose further, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claim arising from it.

8. Your account, exchange and API keys

You are responsible for everything done through your account and your API keys, whether by you, by a feature you switched on, or by anyone else who gains access. Keep your login and keys secure, never give a key withdrawal permission, and tell us at once if you think your account is compromised.

You authorise us to store your keys (encrypted) and to use them to provide the features you choose. Exchanges are independent third parties with their own terms, rules, fees, limits, outages and key expiry. We are not responsible for them, for how they treat your account, or for any loss caused by them.

9. Fees, payments and no refunds

We may charge for access, passes, subscriptions or features and may change prices, plans, trials and what they include at any time. Exchange trading fees are charged by the exchange. All payments are final: there are no refunds, credits or partial refunds, including for unused time, outages, closed accounts or features we change or remove. Crypto payments are irreversible and you bear network fees and any sending mistakes.

You may not dispute or charge back a payment. A chargeback or payment reversal leads to immediate termination and we may recover the amount and our costs. You are responsible for all taxes on your use of the Platform and on your trading.

10. Points, rewards, contests and referrals

Points, badges, ranks, rewards, contest standings, prizes, referral and affiliate earnings and any similar benefits have no cash or property value unless we say otherwise in writing. We may change how they are earned, change their value, cap, reset, withhold, revoke or end them at any time, including retroactively, for any reason, including suspected abuse, errors or rule breaches. Contest results and prizes are decided by us and are final. These benefits are personal to you and cannot be sold or transferred.

11. Your content and your data

You keep ownership of what you create, but you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, copy, use, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from and commercialise anything you post, upload or build on the Platform, including posts, comments, strategies, scripts, agents, prompts and settings. You confirm you have the rights to grant this and that your content breaks no law or anyone's rights.

You allow us to collect and use your account, balance, position, order, fill, agent and performance data to run the Platform; to show statistics, leaderboards and profiles according to your privacy settings; and to research, build, train and operate our products, models and strategies, including on an aggregated or anonymized basis. Public posts may be timestamped and kept unchanged. Any feedback or ideas you send us are ours to use freely with no obligation to you. We may monitor, refuse, edit or remove any content at any time.

12. What you must not do

  • Break any law or regulation, or use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or market manipulation (including wash trading, spoofing or coordinated pumps).

  • Open several accounts or use fake details to collect trials, points, rewards, referral earnings or contest places.

  • Exploit a bug, error or mispricing. Report it instead. Any benefit from an exploit is forfeited and we may reverse it.

  • Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer or decompile the Platform, bypass security, rate limits or paywalls, or use it to build or train a competing product.

  • Upload malware, overload our systems, or misuse our APIs, keys, MCP or x402 endpoints.

  • Impersonate anyone, harass, threaten or spam other users, or post content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone's rights.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit or close your account, remove any feature, content or data, or stop providing the Platform, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability. You have no right to continued access. You may stop using the Platform at any time. When access ends, your rights under these Terms end; sections that by their nature should continue (including 4 to 11 and 14 to 24) survive.

14. Our intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, text, graphics, data compilations, models, strategies and brands belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform under these Terms. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.

15. Third-party services

The Platform relies on and links to services we do not control, including exchanges, market data providers, AI model providers, wallets, payment processors, Discord and X. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, actions or losses they cause.

16. Availability and changes

The Platform, including features marked beta, may change, break, slow down or stop at any time. We do not promise that any feature will be available, accurate, timely, secure or kept. Data, settings, agents, history and content may be lost. Keep your own records of anything that matters to you.

17. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and everything on it are provided "as is", "as available" and "with all faults", without any warranty or condition of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, security and freedom from errors or harmful code. We do not warrant that any price, data, statistic, signal, backtest, AI output, agent action or copy will be correct or happen.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Command, its operators, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, affiliated exchanges, licensors and service providers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, however caused and under any theory (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, statute or otherwise), including trading losses, liquidations, missed or wrong trades, lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, even if told they were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Platform or these Terms is zero (USD 0.00). Where the law does not allow that, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is less. These limits are an essential basis of our agreement and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

19. Release and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us and everyone listed in section 18 from all claims and liabilities, known or unknown, relating to the Platform, your trading results, other users, creators, exchanges and other third parties. You will defend, indemnify and hold us and them harmless from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your trading, your API keys, or your breach of these Terms or any law. We may control the defence of any such claim.

20. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms, including their existence, validity or termination, will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its rules in force at the time. The seat is Hong Kong, there is one arbitrator, the language is English, and the proceedings and award are confidential. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: claims may be brought only on an individual basis, never as a plaintiff or member in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action; you waive any right to a jury trial; and any claim must be brought within one year after it arose or it is permanently barred. We may seek urgent injunctive relief in any court to protect the Platform, our intellectual property or other users.

21. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or to the Platform are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new date. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept them; if you do not, your only option is to stop using the Platform.

23. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and feature rules are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform.

  • Severability: if any part is held invalid or unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in full force.

  • No waiver: our failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it.

  • Assignment: we may assign or transfer these Terms freely; you may not without our written consent.

  • Force majeure: we are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including exchange failures, network or cloud outages, attacks, and acts of government.

  • Electronic communications: you agree to receive notices electronically, including inside the Platform, and that they satisfy any requirement for written notice.

  • Language: the English version controls over any translation. Headings are for convenience only.
