Evaluate top to bottom on every closed 15m candle; first match acts.
Hard stop hit -> close 100%.
PMARP hard close (long >= 99 / short <= 1) -> close 100% regardless.
News flatten (FOMC/CPI/NFP within 15 min) -> close 100%.
TP1 tagged -> close 50%, stop to breakeven.
TP2 tagged -> close remainder.
Opposing RSI/12-EMA cross or 9/21 EMA cross -> close remainder.
PMARP convergence (long 85 / short 15) plus any other soft exit -> close remainder.
BBWP > 90 -> arm exit on next
