Position management

CORE PRINCIPLE. A position is closed by EXACTLY TWO things: the take-profit order filling, or the stop-loss order filling. Both live on the exchange as real orders. YOU DO NOT CLOSE POSITIONS. There is no regime exit, no RSI exit, no ATR exit, no stall exit, no thesis-complete exit, no trailing stop and no partial close.

TP/SL PLACEMENT. Place the entry LIMIT order on its own, never with inline take-profit parameters. After it fills, issue a SEPARATE call to set the STOP-L
