Entry method

Enter long when ALL of the following are true: (1) price is above the 200-period EMA trend filter, (2) MACD signal line is rising (current signal > previous signal), (3) MACD line crosses above the signal line OR MACD line

Position management

Maximum 1 position at a time — never open a new position while one is open. No pyramiding or scaling in. Close the current position immediately when the opposite MACD crossover occurs (bearTrigger closes longs, bullTrigger closes shorts).
