Entry method

Enter long on 4H when MACD line crosses above signal line at candle close.
Require: most recent closed daily candle has MACD line above signal line.
Require: |MACD line value| >= 0.

Position management

No scaling in, no adding to positions after entry.
Do not move stop loss to breakeven early.
Do not adjust SL or TP once set at entry.
Close on opposite MACD crossover on 4H even if daily trend hasn't flipped.
Wait for a brand new MACD crossover before re-entering after any exit.
