Range Breakout + Retest

Entry method

Step 1: Identify a clear range (min 10 candles between support and resistance). Step 2: Wait for a breakout candle that closes decisively beyond the range (body > 50% outside). Step 3: Wait for price to retest the broken leve

Position management

Hold for a measured move (range height from breakout level). If price falls back inside the range after retest entry, close immediately (failed breakout). After +1R, move SL to breakeven. If no progress after 8 candles, close at market.
