Position management

LONG POSITIONS ONLY. Define 1R = Entry Price - Initial Stop Loss.
TYPE A: Initial Stop Loss below the lowest price of the pullback.
TYPE B: Initial Stop Loss below the Higher Low formed at EMA(55).
If Stop Loss is hit, close 100% of position. Never widen the Stop Loss.
At +1R: Close 40% of position AND move Stop Loss on remaining 60% to Entry Price.
At +2R: Close 40% of original position. Leave remaining 20% open.
RUNNER: Hold remaining 20% while 4H Close >= EMA(21). Close
