Use 2x leverage. . Do not enter within 3 bars of closing a previous position.

TREND CHANGE RULE:
When price closes below the active Trending higher low on a completed 60 minute bar, the uptrend is over. Enter a 2 bar neutral period with no new entries.
When price closes above the active Trending lower high on a completed 60 minute bar, the downtrend is over. Enter a 2 bar neutral period with no new entries.
